Niel Anilao was born in Portsmouth, Virginia in 1981. His family moved to Orlando, Florida in 1985. He became interested in music at very early age, but did not begin playing his first instrument, the guitar, until age 12. He started his first band with his friends soon after. He dabbled with 4 tracks throughout high school until getting his own computer in 2002, later to become a certifed audio engineer in 2006. He has been fortunate enough to work with a cross section of musicians, bandmates, and clients that can deal with his eccentricites and the annoying sound of his speaking voice. He likes to pretend that he is a decent drummer, but really wishes that he could play piano.
